Terms of Use – DeepWork

Welcome to DeepWork (“the App”), operated by Ezeddin Kamel/EzzSolutions (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Purpose of the App

DeepWork is a productivity application designed to help users improve focus by temporarily blocking selected applications and setting focus timers. The App does not guarantee increased productivity, focus, or performance. Results vary per user.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally allowed to use the App under applicable laws and Apple’s App Store terms. By using the App, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features of the App are available through paid subscriptions.

All payments are processed through Apple In-App Purchases.

  1. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  2. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings.
  3. We do not process payments ourselves and are not responsible for billing issues handled by Apple.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  1. Use the App for unlawful purposes
  2. Attempt to bypass, modify, or reverse engineer the App
  3. Abuse or misuse the App in a way that could harm functionality or other users

5. No Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.

  1. The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
  2. The App will meet your expectations
  3. Any specific outcome will result from use

Use of the App is entirely at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ezeddin Kamel/EzzSolutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of productivity, data, or profits, arising from your use of the App.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if you:

  1. Violate these Terms
  2. Misuse the App
  3. Act in conflict with Apple’s App Store policies

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Ezeddin Kamel/EzzSolutions and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the App without prior written permission.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law rules.
